Instagram’s Seasonal Finds

With busy days that leave me exhausted, it can be hard to find the time or energy to fully embrace the changing seasons. To help with this, I’ve developed a little habit during my Instagram scrolls. At the start of each season—and each month—I save posts with quick, easy, and fun ideas to inspire me. I like to plan a few simple activities I know I can manage (like curling up with a book) and also choose one or two stretch goals (like trying a pottery class). If I don’t get to everything, no worries—there’s always next year! Here are my top 3 posts for Fall 2024. hellonestblog positivelypresent Moonlightandmindfulness Image by MB35 from Pixabay #life #lifethoughts #momblogger #journaling #journal #journals #selfcare #journalcommunity #dailyjournal #journalpage #selfimprovement #selfdevelopment #personaldevelopment #selfhelp #personalgrowth #selfawareness #selfgrowth #seasonal #autumn #fall #nature #season #halloween #fallvibes #weekend #thingstodo
